Pros - What Is Included / Condition?
This listing is for a 1976 Springer narrow boat in a project boat like state. The price includes mooring fees until the end of December 2017. The mooring has a nice garden as well as electricity, water and toilet. It may be possible to apply fo the mooring after December. A great project for someone the right skills: a truly lovely boat for under 20k.
Cons - What Needs Work / Condition?
Unnfoutantely, she needs to come out of the water and have some welding work done though I'm not sure how much. She also needs a new engine and general refurbishment of the inside.
