Pros - What Is Included / Condition?
This listing is for a Shearwater 23 ft named Shona. The boat was built in the early 1970's and is a beautiful old marine ply boat. The boat is fully equipped with depth gauge, radio etc and an inboard engine- 8hp two stroke vire. I can normally get it started first time however it will need the battery charging and some fresh fuel.I have an excellent aluminium mast and a variety of sails but unfortunately no trailer or cradle. We can load her onto your trailer. She is a beautiful old boat which requires a loving new owner , extremely rare classic sailing boat, I am selling the boat reluctantly but I'm not getting around to fixing her up, so it's time to move her on, located in Queensbury West Yorkshire 1200 ft above sea level ! Cons - What Needs Work / Condition?
She is currently in a project boat like state and has been stood for a few years. She will require some work but nothing major, jet washing and drying out, the drop fin keel requires some attention,
