Abandoned Boats – Inside Of A Boat Wreck

The above photograph is the aftermath of a hi-ab crane trying to lift a wooden boat wreck out of the mud.  Boat wrecks on muddy rivers are a major pain in the ass to lift. They fill up with mud increasing the weight of the overall vessel which in turn makes it almost impossible to lift.

A HIAB crane was hired to lift out the boat in the photograph above but the problem was its weight.  The load bearing strops ripped through the boat like cheese wire tearing the wooden boat to bits.
