Update time! The project took a few steps backwards today, annoyingly one of the issues I caused by over enthusiasm with a pry bar, I might have accidentally put a hole through the deck skin.. oops! It seems the leak that’s causing me grief is a little worse than I thought, I need to replace the entire starboard side deck, it’s not an end game but it will delay getting on with the rebuild for a few weeks. Good things did happen though, a new heatgun made very light work of the evil filler the manufacturer used to bed the deck and I’ve ordered everything I need to get the engine bay finished.
